We commence by conducting a workshop with your team. This gives us an insight into your business model and your requirements for the future system, and is essential for the steps that follow ...

Based on the results from the canvas workshop, we develop the selection criteria in preparation for the provider selection. 

With the help of our database, we select suitable providers for you. We compile these providers in a list with additional information and make them available to you.

You will receive documents and checklists for conducting software presentations and their evaluation. This makes it easier for you to qualify the providers during the software presentation. 

You organise the presentations of the software on the basis of the documents and carry them out independently. You provide us with the evaluations and your presentation protocols.

We analyse the results of the software presentations based on your documentation. In doing so, we advise and support you in deciding which provider offers the best performance for you. This takes place in the form of a web conference lasting approx. 2 hours.
